Doctor Who - Bad Wolf

Okay, first, things that you need to know if you don't live in the UK.

(1) Big Brother is a very big show and has been for several years, a new series has just started and it's hosted by Divina McCall.

(2) The Weakest Link is a big show and is hosted by Ann Robinson, she has red hair.

(3) What Not To Wear is a big show and is hosted by Trinny and Susanna.

So, the Doctor wakes up in Big Brother, Rose in The Weakest Link and Captain Jack is having a makeover, with all of the presenters swapped for robots. It made me laugh a lot. Very amusing.

And then the Bad Wolf reveal, suddenly you realise that all throughout the series there has been an arc, some teasing tidbits, some thread that you were missing. Wonderful stuff, I love a bit of arc planning. Even down to revisiting the space station from the previous episode.

A lot of the episode was about trying to free Rose. Then she gets disintegrated, and to be honest I thought that was it. I thought that all the rumours in the tabloids about her leaving after 3 episodes next series were smoke screens and that it had been planned all along. I like the Doctor's reaction, nice and shocked. Of course she wasnt disintegrated she was transported somewhere (for some reason yet to be determined). I also quite liked Captain Jack Action Hero! Who conveniently is quite a handful.

Then slowly it leads to the inevitable conclusion to who is behind all of this.

SOME MORE SPOILERS. (Just in case)

It's the Daleks.
And not just one Dalek.
But thousands and thousands of Daleks. And we see them. And it is very cool. And I was going "whoooahhhh!".
And then it ends and we have to wait for next week.
I sat momentarily silent in stunned anticipation. Brilliant.
