Upgrade
I'm going to try and upgrade to Moveable Type 3.2 right now.
Fingers crossed.

Hmmm...well I think I'm done. The problem is that the Admin UI looks like it has no CSS. :-(
UPDATE AGAIN
Aha! A browser reload sorted it out, perhaps it was cached or something. Now I have to check out the spam controls and check that my templates aren't broken.
