David Bowie in The Prestige?

Sci Fi Wire says that David Bowie is in talks to play inventor Nikola Tesla in The Prestige.

David Bowie, Michael Caine, Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale and Christopher Nolan directing. I'm so pleased that Christopher Priest's fabulous book The Prestige is getting treated seriously.
