Darker Matter closes
Issue 5 of Darker Matter will be the last.
I do wonder whether Google Ads or Amazon Association is sensible middle ground for sites that want to remain free but have costs to meet. Of course you still need traffic, but maybe covering hosting is some way forward? Also, some may object on moral grounds but my thoughts are that if the reader really hates Google Ads they'll have found out how to get rid of them already.
That's a shame, I'd only just found about about the site. Must not have been keeping my ear as close to the ground as I should have (this is no doubt he point at which I discover that they sent me a press release for UKSFBN weeks ago and it's been in my 'to do - urgent' email folder ever since...)
