Doctor Who Series 4 Finale Guessathon

To celebrate the end of Doctor Who series four tonight, I'm going to spend all day collating and extrapolating the rumours and spoilers and cray forum talk and come up with a set of possible outcomes. I'll boil it down to ten possible outcomes. Think of the posts like quantum states, all possible until we observe the actual episode.
