Via battlestarblog, GateWorld has a snippet of an interview with Tricia Helfer (from Issue #3 of Battlestar Galactica: The Official Magazine) where she talks about the different versions of Six she has had to play (so far!). She says that the one in Baltar's head is the hardest technically.
